CTi OTS (Off The Shelf)
It wasn’t until 1993 before the first “off the shelf” CTi® knee brace became available. Aptly called the “Edge”, it was an instant success with worldwide demand.
In 2008 a new and improved design was launched replacing the “Edge”. Now known as the CTi® OTS, it is constructed using the same processes and materials as the Custom and is available in 5 sizes, left and right.
The CTi® OTS substitutes elements of the rigid CTi® frame with flexible subshells, providing adjustability and an excellent out-of-the-box fit while maintaining the level of support and protection that you would expect from a CTi® knee brace.
The brace features Össur’s patented Sensil liners, which are designed to prevent slippage & stop irritation to the skin. SensEdge® overmoulding on the strap buckles and subshells improves comfort and eliminate pressure points.
The CTi® OTS is available in Standard and Pro Sport models, with an additional PCL (posterior cruciate ligaments) option for combined ligament instabilities.
The Pro Sport is designed for contact sports and has extra layers of carbon fibre, to withstand impact.

Pro Sport brace
This has additional carbon fibre layers for contact sports such as dirt bikes.
PCL version
PCL (posterior cruciate ligaments) option for combined ligament instabilities.
Patella cup A protective knee cup designed to shield the patella from flying rocks and debris common to sports like motocross and mountain biking.
Gear guard A protective exterior wrap for the Accutrac™ hinge designed to reduce wear-and-tear on riding leathers and bike graphics.
Soft sleeve A breathable under sleeve designed for increased comfort.
Sport sleeve A contoured, breathable undersleeve, with an elastic top edge for extra suspension control.
Motocross kit Includes, patella cup, gear guards and sport sleeves.
Neoprene oversleeve A protective sleeve designed for close contact sports.

- Caliper measurement: Diameter measurement using a caliper taken at centre of the knee in a weight-bearing position
